At its heart lies a central courtyard that draws light, air, and nature into every part of the home, creating a serene focal point for family life and gatherings. The layout balances Middle Eastern principles of privacy and hospitality, with distinct public and private zones, a refined service strategy, and a luxurious indoor pool that anchors the design. The result is a spacious, soulful residence that blends cultural tradition with contemporary comfort and effortless social flow.
