Lotus Complex
Mumbai
2010
The Lotus Complex is a mixed-use development in the heart of Mumbai and a key component of Enpar’s urban regeneration initiative. Rising to G+52, the project combines 9,000 square metres of offices and serviced apartments with a 17,000-square-metre hotel, supported by generous amenities and landscaped rooftop terraces designed for social interaction and retreat.
The architectural concept frames three green-capped towers as translucent, veiled volumes that appear to float above a solid stone-clad base. This deliberate contrast—ethereal towers against a grounded podium—creates a clear material dialogue and gives the cluster a calm, sculptural presence within Mumbai’s dynamic skyline.
