3 Sites was a design competition for Meydan to envision the development of three landmark destinations across Dubai. The island site proposal features a 120,000-square-metre luxury resort combining high- and mid-end leisure experiences, including overwater villas, a signature hotel, private chalets, and serviced apartments. The hotel comprises 290 keys, complemented by 31 serviced apartments designed for extended stays.

At the heart of the masterplan lies an open-air event stage and marina, creating a vibrant focal point for both residents and visitors. The island is envisioned as a self-contained destination accessible by an optional bridge, blending exclusivity with connectivity. The design celebrates Dubai’s coastal character through fluid architectural forms, integrated landscapes, and a seamless relationship between land, water, and leisure.
