Sky Residences is a pair of residential towers set atop a shared podium with a landscaped roof and communal amenities. The development is conceived as four interlocking volumes that step gracefully upward, creating a dynamic dialogue with the city skyline. Each tower is carefully oriented to optimise views and bring natural sunlight deep into the apartments and podium roofscape. The staggered façade grid introduces rhythm and depth, breaking the monotony typical of high-rise living and giving the composition a distinctive architectural identity.
