The client of this private villa in Abu Dhabi sought to merge the elegance of Spanish architecture with the openness of contemporary coastal living. The design responds with a composition that celebrates light, connection, and a spirit of gathering. Generous social spaces flow toward a sea-facing pool, while the interiors balance playfulness with refinement through layered textures and curated details. The ground floor is envisioned as a vibrant social hub where indoor and outdoor life blend effortlessly. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, a greenhouse, and a private beach, a service yard and staff accommodation, the villa’s exterior of white rendered walls, stone foundations, and timber accents evokes a timeless resort character that feels both grounded and alive.
