Yas Island Southern Marina

Yas Island Southern Marina is a vision for a dynamic waterfront community set along a two-kilometre stretch of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. The masterplan proposes a mixed-use precinct that includes a grand 5-star hotel, a boutique luxury hotel, and a spacious marina capable of hosting approximately 1,500 boats. The design weaves together a landscaped promenade, a canal to maximize prime waterfront frontage, and a network of public spaces that bring vibrancy and accessibility to the waterfront. With a clear focus on activating the shoreline, the plan introduces a variety of characters across the district, from tranquil residential zones to lively leisure and hospitality clusters, creating a balanced, sculptural urban realm that captures the spirit of coastal living.
