Noor Townhouses

Noor Townhouses in Nshama Town Square is a community masterplan along Al Qudra Road, envisioned as a contemporary urban district where architecture, landscape, and public life converge. Spanning more than 750 acres, it brings together residential neighbourhoods, parks, retail, and leisure spaces within a walkable, human-scaled environment. At its core lies a 50,000-square-metre central park surrounded by civic plazas, active frontages, and a lively retail promenade that fosters a genuine sense of community.

As part of the design team, I contributed to the development of the Noor residential townhouse districts on plots C04 and C05, shaping both the urban planning framework and the architectural typologies that define the rhythm, scale, and character of these neighbourhoods. The result is a cohesive and vibrant urban fabric that reimagines suburban life in Dubai through connectivity, sustainability, and thoughtful design.
